Jesse garnered numerous distinctions, from being a twice-nominated James Beard award semifinalist to his inclusion in Details magazine’s “America’s Best Young Chefs” and Zagat’s “30 Hottest Chefs Under 30” list to Recette being named “One of NYC’s ten most exciting restaurants” by Manhattan Magazine.

Additional accomplishments also include Forbes naming Schenker one of “30 Under 30” in the food and wine industry in December 2011 as well as Schenker’s recent victorious battle on Food Network’s Iron Chef America.
